We do not accept returns for quilt patterns. We will replace any quilt pattern free of charge if any part of the pattern is missing or we will email the missing information. We strive to make our patterns error free and you can help us. If you find an error in our patterns please contact us. You can help us improve our pattern. Please contact us if you have a suggestion for improvement.
Quilts
We do accept returns for quilts if the quilt is returned within 20 days of the shipping date. The cost of the quilt will be refunded when the quilt is received by us. The shipping costs will not be refunded.
