We do not accept returns for quilt patterns. We will replace any quilt pattern free of charge if any part of the pattern is missing or we will email the missing information.
We will not share your personal information with anyone unless we receive written permission from you.
We will be fair, sensitive, honest, trusting and trustworthy in all our dealings among ourselves, with customers, with vendors, and with the community at large. We will always do the right thing, in every situation, to the best of our abilities. And if we fail, we will do whatever is required to make amends.
